Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to audio equipment and products • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account concerns • Deliver outstanding customer service through voice or blended support channels

Qualifications • Expro 2–4 • BPO experience in an International Voice or Blended Account • Good communication skills • Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
