Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to payroll benefits and employee services • Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently • Deliver exceptional customer support in a blended environment
Qualifications • At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum) • 1 year of BPO experience, preferably with a Healthcare background • Good to excellent communication skills • Willing to work onsite
