Are you a dynamic team leader with a passion for the travel and hospitality sector? We are urgently looking for 15 Operations Supervisors to drive performance, mentor customer service representatives, and champion operational excellence onsite at the Mall of Asia (MOA) complex!

Location: MOA (Onsite, Shifting Schedules)
Start Date: August 24, 2026 (Immediate)
Headcount: 15
Recruitment Process: TA Interview Ops Interview Client Interview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage, coach, and provide performance feedback to a team of customer service representatives.
* Monitor and analyze team metrics to drive continuous performance and quality improvements.
* Implement robust quality assurance processes and optimize team workflows.
* Address and resolve day-to-day operational issues, escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
* Foster a highly motivating team culture to support employee engagement and retention.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor in a BPO / Contact Center environment (Required).
* Strong people management skills with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team.
* Deep understanding of standard contact center metrics, quality assurance, and compliance processes.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively at all levels.
* Proficient with contact center software and operational reporting tools.
* Fully willing to work on a shifting schedule and work onsite in MOA.
