Role Overview • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Guide clients in maximizing the value of SaaS products and services • Resolve customer concerns and provide proactive support • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success
Qualifications • College Graduate • At least 2 years of relevant work experience • Experience with Customer Success principles, SaaS business models, and Customer Success (CS) platforms • Strong customer service and communication skills • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule • Can start ASAP
