Location: Taguig Account: US Healthcare Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Shifting
Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries Assist with benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing concerns Provide professional and empathetic customer support Resolve concerns and accurately update customer records Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
At least 6 months BPO experience Healthcare experience is an advantage HS/SHS Graduate or College Graduate Excellent English communication skills Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
