Qualifications

Active Philippine and/or US Registered Nurse (RN) License (any US state accepted), valid for at least 6 months upon application.

Minimum 1 year of hospital, bedside, or clinical nursing experience as a Staff Nurse (internship/training experience not counted).

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) and healthcare systems.

Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial patient assessments and obtain comprehensive medical histories.

Review clinical information to support appropriate care recommendations.

Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR system.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, healthcare regulations, and company standards.

Stay updated on nursing best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Support team goals while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
