HIRING: Operations Supervisor (Healthcare Account)
Work Location: EDSA Greenfield – Onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: Up to ₱35,000 (can stretch for highly qualified candidates)
Benefits: HMO, 13th Month Pay, Group Life & Accident Insurance, PTO Credits
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:
Responsible for leading a customer service team handling healthcare processes such as billing, medical claims, and RCM. Ensures operational efficiency, quality performance, and continuous improvement in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

College graduate
-
Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader / Operations Supervisor
-
At least 1 year BPO experience
-
At least 1 year experience in Healthcare Billing, Medical Claims, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Strong leadership, performance management, and process improvement skills
