WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – TELCO ACCOUNT

What We’re Looking For
- BPO experience with a Telco background
- At least 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong people-management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment
- Willingness to work onsite and on a graveyard shift
