WE’RE HIRING | OUTBOUND SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER

Program: Travel
Location: MOA, Pasay City
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Graveyard / Night Shift
Salary: ₱45K–₱65K Package
Start Date: ASAP
Hiring: 2 Positions

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage sales teams to achieve performance targets.
Drive outbound and inbound sales performance.
Develop strategies to improve conversion and sales results.
Coach leaders and team members on sales techniques and objection handling.
Monitor performance metrics and create action plans.
Identify process gaps and implement course corrections.
Manage short-term team activities and operational initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business results.

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of BPO Sales experience.
2–3 years of experience managing leaders such as Sr. Team Leads or Assistant Managers.
Strong experience in Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
Proven track record in driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of sales metrics, coaching, and action planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Dynamic, proactive, energetic, and engaging personality.
Ability to develop strategies and implement course corrections.
Travel & Hospitality experience is preferred, especially cruise lines or hotels.
Must be available to start ASAP.
Willing to work onsite in MOA.
