• Active PHRN & Registered Nurse license
• 1+ year grievance & case appeals experience
• Back-office / Non-Voice experience
• Willing to work night shift
• Training is fully onsite; production is 2x onsite weekly
• Stable employment history preferred; frequent job changes of less than 1 year may not qualify
