We're looking for experienced PHRNs and USRNs to join our Clinical Disability Claims team in a permanent work-from-home role.

Work Setup

Work From Home (Nationwide)
Shifting Schedule
Target Start Date: July 20

Qualifications

Active PHRN or USRN license
At least 3 years of hospital bedside experience, preferably in intensive care
Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Disability Claims experience, preferably handling Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims
Experience in private or commercial insurance is required
Experience conducting Clinical Case Reviews
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Background
Candidates with relevant experience from organizations such as Genpact, Optum, VXI, Accenture, or similar healthcare and insurance companies are encouraged to apply.
