Job title: Process Excellence Consultant
Account: Healthcare
Type of Support: Non-voice
Work set up: Onsite at 16th floor, Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park
Work shift: US Business hours, Weekends off
Salary: up to 68K package (open for negotiation)
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• Only College Graduates are acceptable.
• Must be well versed in a Healthcare account for US benefits
• Must have relevant experience in process improvement and QA for 3 years in a BPO set up.
• Total experience should not be less than 7 years
• Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies/certifications
• Knowledge: Root-cause-analysis, Lean methodologies, Corrective and Preventive actions, quality concepts
• Only open for Filipino or local applicants
• Must be living within Cebu or willing to relocate at his/her own expense if living outside Cebu as this is an onsite set up in Cebu City
• Should not be a former or current employee of the client
