Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite/week)
Location: Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park
Schedule: Night Shift |
Salary: Up to ₱68K (negotiable)

Company-sponsored Six Sigma Black Belt Certification training for the successful candidate.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- At least 2 years college education (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (mandatory)
- 5-7 years process excellence/improvement experience
- Healthcare industry background preferred (open to manufacturing, engineering, other industries)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, automation, and analytics
- Monitor operations, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage seamless transitions with focus on quality and critical items
- Lead ideation initiatives and small-to-large scale projects
- Guide and mentor Black Belt teams
Essential Skills:
- Six Sigma methodology expertise (5+ years)
- Transition management: metrics, SLA standardization, issue tracking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Minitab
- Process automation assessment and program management
- Data analytics knowledge (advantage)
- Healthcare domain expertise: payer/provider/benefits (advantage)
- Quality Management (mandatory)
