Position: Project Based Agent

Account: Video Streaming

Key Qualifications:

Fresh grads & career shifters are welcome
No BPO experience required if a college graduate
Open to 2nd-year college graduates with no back subjects
Preferably with 6 months of BPO experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Okay for project-based employment for 4 months
Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North

Key Responsibilities:

You will be answering customers' queries via phone, email, or chat
Identify the client's problem and troubleshoot if necessary to find the solution
Document each action you take and categorize cases and possible bugs
Provide general and technical support to customers who use any of our client's paid products
Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures

Salary Package: Up to 23k package + 25k completion bonus
