Job Title: Project Control Officer/ PCO Analyst Location: Taguig City Work set up: Hybrid Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 50,000 Work schedule: Night shift
Non-negotiable:
• Graduate of 4-year finance-related courses or Business Administration, Commerce and/or related field • At least 2-3 years of related work experience • Excellent communication skills and being able to facilitate meetings, take down minutes, and respond to emails • Keen on details, experienced in a technology environment • Leadership skills, takes initiative, self-starter, critical thinking and problem solver • PMO/PCO experience is an advantage • Good communication skills • Project management experience, supporting client project managers • Financial reporting experience ‣ Knowledgeable in using MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot etc) • Reject applicants with frequent job switching or serial job-hoppers • Must not currently or formerly be employed with CGI • No active recent application with CGI • Should be amenable to work onsite on a hybrid setup in Taguig
Responsibilities:

Recruitment/onboarding (requests received via Service Now) •Timesheet management •Maintaining Full-time employee data •Offboarding: assists in finding replacements for leavers (approaching directors and agencies, shortlisting and interviews) •Sending onboarding checklist •Providing high-level insights

Project Management •Coordination with PM to get proper documentation (project charter, logs, etc.) •Participation in monthly stakeholder meeting; providing updates •Status tracking per project

Release management •Produce documentation (project charters, approvals, etc.)

Financial Management •Reconciliation of data from general ledger vs actuals •Managing cost estimates, laptop requests, server requests… (related to asset management) •Health Checks •Updating accruals •Coordinating with vendors

Others: •Process software requests •Attend to ad hoc requests •Provide and track access management •Provide and track asset management •Manage SharePoint migration, maintaining data (CIBC moving to Cloud)
