Job Title: Project Manager

Work Location: BGC Taguig or Makati

Shift: Night Shift/ Shifting - This role requires flexibility

Work Set-up: RTWO/ Hybrid

Salary range: 200K - 250K

Desired experience: 12 to 15 years

Headcount: 3

Must-Have:

•   12 years of Experience in delivering Infrastructure projects in the banking domain

•   Thorough understanding of Infrastructure terminologies

•   Ability to manage technical team members to deliver projects effectively

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Certified Project Manager (PMP/Agile)

Good-to-Have:

•   Requirement documentation, planning and defining project scope

•   Resource planning, effort estimation, Work breakdown structure (WBS)

•   Good skills in Microsoft Project

•   Cost estimating, developing a budget, risk analysis, and appropriate project Documentation

•   Ability to manage multiple projects and effective time management for self and resources

•   Ability to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders and the client

•   Clear understanding of project management methodologies, PMP or Prince2. Certification on project management preferred

•   Reporting on the project from the schedule, scope, cost, risk, and issues

•   Work closely with the BAU team and the Service Delivery Manager on all projects and associated BAU activities

•   Change preparation, getting approvals through CAB, effective communication to key stake holders, and successful implementation of changes

•   Maintain 99.8% success rate on Project changes.

•   Work under the guidelines of the service Delivery manager on all aspects of the agreed project deliverables

•   Flexible work ethics, including working in non-business hours and weekends for project change implementation.

•   Willing to take additional responsibilities or act as a backup for any other team member within the team

Others:

• Should be amenable to working in Taguig or Makati

• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company

• Not a current or former employee of TCS

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. End-to-end ownership of the Project cost, scope, and timeline

2. Escalation Management

3. Manage Project Risks and Issues effectively
