About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Developer to join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge, data-driven solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications that drive business innovation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, low-latency backend applications using Python.

Develop and deploy AI/ML models, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

Integrate server-side logic with data pipelines, APIs, and front-end systems.

Write clean, reusable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and maintainability.

Collaborate with Data Architects and Integration teams to align on system design and data flow.

Build robust APIs and services for AI/ML deployment and business process automation.

Ensure security, reliability, and scalability across all developed solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development.

Strong expertise in Python and its core libraries.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) – prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment.

Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural networks.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML solutions.

Proficient with version control (Git, SVN, etc.) and CI/CD practices.

Knowledge of database design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

Understanding of front-end basics (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for integration purposes.

Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines

Open to working on-site in Cebu on a shifting schedule as required by the project.
