JOB TITLE: Python (Programming Language)- AI/ML Developer

WORK SET UP: Onsite in Cebu

WORK SHIFT: Depends with the client and project but they are looking for someone who can work on a shifting schedule

(Salary is confidential , the final salary offer will depends to the client and project they will be assigned)

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that power business decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills and deep knowledge in building and deploying AI/ML models, especially those based on Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and scalable backend applications.

• Develop AI/ML frameworks to enable automated, intelligent business processes.

• Integrate server-side logic with data pipelines and front-end components.

• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Python code.

• Implement data storage and retrieval strategies.

• Contribute to data platform design, ensuring reliable architecture for ML models.

• Collaborate with Integration and Data Architects to align on data model and system integration.

• Build robust APIs and services for AI/ML deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development.

• Strong expertise in Python (core language and libraries).

• Proficient in integrating multiple data sources and databases into unified systems.

• Skilled in version control tools (e.g., Git, Mercurial, SVN).

• Knowledge of event-driven programming in Python.

• Experience with user authentication and multi-system integration.

• Capable of designing database schemas that support business processes.

• Understanding of Python’s threading model and multi-process architecture.

• Familiar with server-side templating (e.g., Jinja2, Mako).

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) for integration.

• Strong debugging and unit testing skills.

• Security and accessibility best practices awareness.

• Experience optimizing applications across platforms (mobile vs desktop)

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) — including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment.

• Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural networks.

• Experience developing cloud-based AI solutions and integrating with AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skil
