WORK SETUP: Work From Home
WORK SHIFT: Mid Shift
SALARY: ₱50,000 – ₱95,000

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive end-to-end test strategy for enterprise healthcare solutions. You will lead testing initiatives, establish QA standards, and ensure high-quality delivery of Oracle Fusion applications using TOSCA automation

Key Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end test strategy (functional, non-functional, regression).
Plan and estimate testing efforts for releases.
Drive risk-based testing and prioritization.
Define QA metrics (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time).
Establish QA standards, playbooks, and best practices.
Collaborate with clients and organizational leadership on strategy

Qualifications:

College Graduate – required.
5+ years relevant experience for Lead role – required.
Hands-on TOSCA test software knowledge – required.
Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge – mandatory.
Experience in Healthcare – required.
Finance and Supply Chain knowledge – required.
Strong communication skills – required.
Not a job hopper – stable employment history.
Nice-to-have: OATS (Oracle Applications Testing Suite)
