Work set up: 100% Onsite at Central Bloc -18th floor, Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park
Work shift: Shifting
Salary: up to 68K (Still negotiable)
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• 3-4 years experience as a QA Manager in a telco or travel voice account is required.
• QA Manager experience should be in BPO. No BPO experience as QA Manager will be rejected
• Experience should either be in a telco or travel voice
• 2nd year completed/College Graduate
• Has understanding of quality methodologies (Lean six sigma, Kaizen, etc)
• Direct client management experience
• No to retail or healthcare LOB experience
• Open for local or Filipino applicants only and must be amenable to work onsite in Cebu City
• No job hopper
