Now #Hiring: Quality Analyst – Medical Coder
Location: 100% Onsite – Taguig
Shift: Morning Shift
Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱68,000 All-in Package (Based on Experience)
Start Date: Immediately / August 29, 2025
Education & Certifications:
Graduate in Life Sciences (Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biosciences) with Anatomy/Physiology as a subject
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) – AAPC (all specialties accepted)
Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) – AHIMA
Preferred: RHIA/RHIT certification
Requirements:
3+ years in E&M inpatient/outpatient medical record review, coding, and reimbursement
Coding audit experience preferred
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT coding, Modifiers, HCPCS
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to generate clear audit reports and meet deadlines
Willing to work onsite in Taguig and attend an onsite assessment
Responsibilities:
Perform audits for accuracy of ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS, and Modifiers
Review denied/rejected claims for coding & documentation
Prepare trend analysis reports for management
Conduct retrospective & scheduled coder audits
Manage internal/external audit requests
Support training & educational development for coding staff
