Job Opportunity: Quality Analyst – Travel Sales (Voice Support)
Work Location: Tech Tower, Cebu Business Park
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary Package: Up to PHP 34,000 (Open for Negotiation)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We are currently hiring a Quality Analyst for a voice-based Travel Sales account. This role is vital in monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the performance of sales agents to ensure exceptional service delivery. If you have a strong background in quality assurance and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct call monitoring and provide actionable feedback to agents

Ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations

Identify training needs and work with leadership to enhance team performance

Analyze trends and provide reports to improve overall quality scores

Support operations in driving key quality and sales metrics
Qualifications:
Completed at least 2nd year in college or a college graduate
Minimum of 2 to 4 years total work experience
Must have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a call center/BPO environment focused on sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and analytical
Open to local or Filipino applicants only
Must have a stable employment history (not a job hopper)
Not currently or previously employed by Wipro
