Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst – Digital Advertisement to evaluate the quality of technical support interactions, ensure compliance with quality standards, and improve customer experience across digital advertising platforms. The role involves auditing support cases, validating technical integrations, analyzing data using SQL, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits of customer support interactions, including tickets, chats, emails, and escalations.
Review technical support cases involving APIs, SDKs, conversion tracking, and digital advertising platforms.
Perform SQL-based data validation, identify data quality issues, and generate quality reports.
Validate API integrations, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, and server-side tracking implementations.
Audit conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics to ensure data accuracy.
Evaluate support provided for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Prepare QA reports, identify quality trends, and recommend process improvements.
Participate in calibration sessions and provide structured feedback and coaching to support teams.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Training teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain QA documentation, test cases, scorecards, and audit records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Ad Tech, or a technical BPO environment.
Strong SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and data validation.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, webhooks, and server-side tracking.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Conversion Tracking, and Attribution.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
Important Notes
Work Location: Onsite – McKinley, Taguig.
Shifting schedule is mandatory.
