Location: Eastwood, Quezon City | Salary: ₱45,000 - ₱50,000
Setup: On-site | Schedule: Shifting | Start: ASAP
Hiring Process: 2 interviews + assessment
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality team to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and meet client SLA targets. Plan resource utilization, monitor critical quality parameters, implement best practices, and contribute to strategic process goals.
Requirements
Experience (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years in BPO transactional quality
- Proven experience handling/supporting BPO Sales accounts
- Recent, continuous experience (no gaps or job-hopping within one year)
- Team leadership background required
Skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Strong people management and influencing abilities
- Advanced Excel, quality tools, data analysis, and reporting
- Strategic thinking with business planning capabilities
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Education & Availability
- Any discipline (undergraduate/graduate)
- Amenable to shifting schedules and immediate start
- Willing to work on-site
