WE’RE HIRING | REAL-TIME ANALYST (RTA)

Location: Alphaland, Makati City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Account: Telco
Salary: Up to ₱27K
Hiring: 1 Position

What You’ll Do

Monitor real-time contact center performance and operations.
Support workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and forecasting.
Monitor key contact center KPIs and service levels.
Identify operational gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support workforce management processes and systems.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with operations and other stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of day-to-day processes.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of WFM/RTA experience
1+ year of BPO experience
Experience in forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
Knowledge of WFM tools and contact center KPIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Telco/BPO experience is an advantage.
