Job Description
We are looking for a Reservation Support Specialist to assist customers with booking requests, reservation modifications, and travel-related inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
