WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule
Role Overview:
Join our Retail Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Resolve product and service concerns.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Qualifications:
HS / SHS / College Undergraduate – with 6 months BPO experience.
College Graduate – with or without BPO experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
Amenable to Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA)
