WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule | Fixed Term Employment

Role Overview:
Join our Retail Account as a Support Associate! You will assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and concerns in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process orders and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records.
Meet performance targets.

Qualifications:

HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
Amenable to Fixed Term Employment.
Amenable to Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA).
