JOB TITLE: SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager (Identity Security)

WORK SET UP: Hybrid in Cubao

WORK SHIFT: Shifting

Salary budget: 100K-200K

We are specifically seeking professionals with strong, hands-on SailPoint experience who have successfully designed, implemented, configured, and supported SailPoint solutions in complex enterprise environments.

As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you'll lead identity governance projects, mentor team members, and help organizations secure access to critical systems while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you will:

Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

Lead, mentor, and support team members while driving technical excellence.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams to deliver identity security initiatives.

Drive team performance and contribute to key project and technical decisions.

Implement and optimize identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and role management processes.

Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements.

Support the resolution of identity and access-related security incidents.

Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operating procedures.

Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments

Demonstrated expertise in:

SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Access Certification and Access Reviews

Provisioning and Deprovisioning

Role and Entitlement Management

Identity Lifecycle Management

Experience leading or contributing to large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation projects

Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions to meet complex business and security requirements

Technical Skills

Experience implementing enterprise identity governance and access management solutions

Strong understanding of:

Identity Governance and Compliance Requirements

Security Controls and Best Practices

Risk Assessment and Risk Management Methodologies

Security Frameworks and Regulatory Standards

Security Incident Response Processes

Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable SailPoint solutions and identity governance controls
