Job Description:
• The position of a Sales Trainer at Wipro Philippines Inc. is pivotal in fostering the development of essential competencies and skills in individuals to optimize their professional performance. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in guiding trainees through the learning process, ensuring they understand the objectives of the training clearly and professionally. You will be responsible for cultivating a supportive learning environment where individuals can grow and excel in their roles, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization and enhancing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and deliver comprehensive training sessions tailored for both new and existing team members, ensuring adaptability to various learning styles. • Create and implement effective induction programs that familiarize new hires with client culture and necessary operational practices for different markets. • Monitor and evaluate trainee progress through surveys and discussions with management, providing constructive feedback and ensuring interventions are made when required. • Guarantee training quality through scheduled assessments and service level evaluations to effectively measure outcomes and impact. • Engage in effective communication with diverse teams, including employees and management, to disseminate critical information regarding training initiatives and operational policies. • Review and utilize existing measurement tools and feedback mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on insights gained. • Conduct thorough analyses of training needs at the organizational, departmental, and individual levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Facilitate robust participation during training sessions, encouraging engagement through interactive methods while continuously assessing comprehension and adapting delivery techniques as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or at least completed second year of college coursework is required. • 2-4 years of relevant experience in training and development, preferably within a fast-paced sales environment. • Must have experience in handling Sales Campaign • Minimum of 3 years total experience, at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in facilitating training within call centers or sales-focused environments is essential. • Strong understanding of hospitality industry products and the ability to effectively train sales agents on these offerings. • Ability to document and analyze training reports and trackers for continuous improvement. • Exemplary problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail are vital for this role. • Ability to thrive under pressure, managing tight deadlines while upholding high-quality standards. • Basic presentation skills are necessary, along with sound communication, stress management, sales acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel). • Amenable to start and onsite in Cebu City • Must not currently or formerly be an employee of Wipro • Tools: Salesforce, PPT, Coaching & Mentoring, Microsoft Office • New Hire classes: Training delivery, Individual and Co-facilitation, Reporting • Non-New Hire: Floor support, Coaching, Training Needs Analysis / Training Needs Information, Work with Quality and Ops, Calibrations
