Job Title: SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) Consultant

Location: Taguig City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Client/Project dependent; candidates must be willing to work on a shifting schedule

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) Consultant to support Master Data Management and Governance initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing SAP MDG solutions, data migration, data integration, business process transformation, and working closely with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver Master Data Management and Governance solutions.
Conduct diagnostic and assessment activities and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Support operating model design, implementation, and business transformation projects.
Develop strategies, processes, organizational designs, and implementation plans.
Configure and implement SAP MDG solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Lead problem definition, issue identification, and work-plan development.
Manage project activities and ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Support proposals, practice-building activities, thought leadership, and service development.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop project case studies and business solutions.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Master Data Governance (MDG).
Experience with SAP Master Data Governance tools and technologies.
Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP.
Experience developing RICEFWs and configuring SAP MDG requirements, including workflows, BRF, and FPM.
Knowledge of SAP MDG data models, CVI, MDG architecture, Flex and Re-use modes, and deployment approaches.
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS) for data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading.
Knowledge of SQL/PS SQL and functions such as joins, lookups, query mapping, case functions, merge, mapping, and validations.
Experience with SAP Master Data Migration using tools such as LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, ABAP programs, or Syniti ADM.
Knowledge of SAP tables and data objects.
Experience performing mock conversions through production data loads.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous consulting or internal project experience is preferred.
Willingness to travel and work with clients.
Must be currently in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture.
