Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our Satellite TV Account. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and basic troubleshooting while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate

Must have at least 6 months of BPO or Call Center experience

Excellent English communication skills

Basic computer navigation skills

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules
