Job Title: Senior Back Office Specialist

Account: Financial

Work set up: 100% onsite in Taguig

Work shift: Night shift

Salary budget: PHP 35,000 – PHP 45,000 (plus 1 month basic salary joining bonus)

Experience: 2 years

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in financial services, back-office operations, or fund administration within a BPO setting is required.

• Knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, and financial industry processes (e.g., plan types, tax rules, and trade types) is considered an asset.

• Candidates without BPO experience will be automatically rejected.

• Bachelor’s Degree (finance-related course preferred).

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule.

• Full commitment to 100% onsite work.

• Flexibility to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig.
