Job Title: Senior Full-stack Developer

Shift: Day shift (9am to 6 pm)

Work set up: Hybrid (3x onsite) at in Ortigas Pasig

Max Budget: 90K

Required years of experience: 5 years

About the Role:

The purpose of this document is to list and define the scope of work and the qualifications required for a Senior Full-stack Developer who will support the development and implementation of Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance Platform (MF). This Terms of Reference (ToR) is for a senior, hands-on technical role responsible for solution design quality, technical feasibility, and delivery assurance across the MF platform. This role is critical in enhancing the technological infrastructure and capabilities of the MF product team, ensuring that the solution

Main responsibilities include:

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience):

Education and Work Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native design and architecture.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards.

• Relevant technical certifications and applied skills / knowledge are a plus.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks like React or Angular.

• Expertise in back-end development using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.

• Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• Experience designing fault-tolerant, event-driven systems using Temporal (workflow orchestration)

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.

Others:

• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
