Position Overview

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer applies an end-to-end, process-driven approach to solve complex business challenges, including operational efficiency, process innovation, cost optimization, and enterprise transformation. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance business performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert within your development specialization

Create technical documentation and white papers for case studies and internal training

Collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to shared knowledge

Partner with Solution Architects to develop technical specifications for custom development and system integrations

Produce detailed technical design documents aligned with solution architecture

Oversee custom development and quality assurance activities when required

Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across:

Incident Management

Problem Management

Service Requests

Change Management

Participate in and lead client-facing project meetings when necessary

Manage development timelines to meet project and customer requirements

Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations, and SCM

Strong background in requirements gathering and technical analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to lead teams, projects, and technical initiatives

Experience with D365 integrations and cloud/on-premise environments

Familiarity or experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform

Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week in Taguig on mid and night shifts

Stable employment history (non–job hopper)
