Job title: Senior Operations Manager (Mandarin Bilingual)
Start Date/s: ASAP
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite in Ortigas, Manila
Salary Package: up to 200K
Qualifications:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supported Bi-lingual channel (Mandarin)
● 3-5 years in an operational management role
● It would be greatly preferable if the potential candidate possesses managerial experience from a closely related industry.
● Minimum of 2 years in college, preferably a bachelor's degree
● Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
● Teach direct reports to become inspiring leaders for their reports and model similar behavior
as leaders of Leads.
● Capable of multitasking, being agile, and maintaining flexibility.
● Embrace the adventure with the Client, Peers, and teams and use superior communication
skills to cultivate professional relationships with the Client.
● Use innovative channels of communication to keep teams up-to-date with day-to-day
changes in expectations and goals that are relevant to their roles
● Can work in Ortigas, Manila
