Location: Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow AppEngine, application development, integrations, and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build complex workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, and integrations.
Develop custom applications using ServiceNow AppEngine.
Analyze and resolve platform issues through root cause analysis and preventive solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, and sprint execution.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Support production deployments and monitor application performance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and deployment documents.
Ensure platform security, compliance, governance, and alignment with ITIL best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation and platform efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong experience with ServiceNow AppEngine and integration protocols.
Experience designing and implementing custom ServiceNow applications.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience mentoring junior developers is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

Hybrid work setup (3 days onsite per week).
Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig.
Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates must not be current or former TCS employees.
Applicants with active TCS applications are not eligible.
Candidates should demonstrate stable employment history (no frequent job changes).
