### **About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Senior Staff Accountant - Supervisor** to join our dynamic finance team. You will be responsible for complex accounting functions, general ledger management, financial reporting, and audit preparation while successfully handling large datasets and multi-currency reconciliations.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **General Ledger & Journal Entries:** Prepare and post precise journal entries, manage trial balances, and oversee general ledger accuracy in compliance with corporate policies.
* **Account & Bank Reconciliation:** Perform complex, multi-currency bank reconciliations and account balance verifications, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
* **Financial Analysis & Reporting:** Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results (Balance Sheet/P&L), track accruals, interpret variances, and assist in preparing reporting deliverables.
* **Data Manipulation:** Handle and manipulate massive, complex datasets efficiently to drive financial reporting, insights, and automation initiatives.
* **Audit & Closing Support:** Drive month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities; prepare extensive documentation to support internal and external audits.

### **Qualifications**
* **Education:** College graduate with an Accounting degree (Non-negotiable). CPA status is preferred but strong non-CPA candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
* **Experience:** At least 4 years of robust professional experience in an accounting or finance role.
* **Technical Skills:** Advanced Excel proficiency (large dataset manipulation) and hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP) are non-negotiable.
* **Accounting Domain:** Mastery of foundational accounting including Trial Balance, P&L, balance sheets, contra asset accounts, and accruals.
* **Communication:** Strong English communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.

**Work Setup & Schedule:** Hybrid after Training (Training is purely onsite for 2-3 months) | Night Shift
