Job Description

We are hiring a Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical assistance, resolve IT-related concerns, and ensure timely support for end users while maintaining service quality standards.

Qualifications

At least College Undergraduate or College Graduate

Experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service is an advantage

Good English communication skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules
