JOB TITLE: SIEM Associate Manager

WORK SETUP: Hybrid (Cubao, Quezon City) | SHIFT: Shifting

Summary:

Responsible for designing, building, and securing enterprise systems, data, and applications. Safeguards infrastructure, business processes, and information assets against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as SME and lead a SIEM team.

Provide solutions and make team decisions.

Implement and monitor security controls, assessments, and audits.

Manage cross-team collaboration and ensure compliance with security standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ SIEM experience and 2+ years in team leadership.

Strong cybersecurity, incident response, and compliance knowledge.

Must be based in the Philippines, not a current/former Accenture employee.
