HIRING: SOC Manager

Quezon City (Cyberpark Tower 1) & Cebu City (Ayala IT Park)

Hybrid/Onsite | Shifting Schedule

About the Role:

The SOC Manager oversees Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, ensuring 24/7 cyber defense, threat detection, and incident response for client environments. This role leads the SOC team, manages escalations, and ensures compliance with security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SOC operations during transition and run phases.

Act as SME for Sentinel design, log integration, and incident management.

Handle escalations, KPI/SLA reporting, and client communication.

Oversee daily operations, threat monitoring, and remediation efforts.

Support security design, implementation, and automation initiatives.

Drive continuous service improvement and team development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

10+ years in cybersecurity (SOC, monitoring, or analysis).

3+ years in team leadership or SOC management.

Strong knowledge of SIEM, DLP, IAM, WAF, CASB, MFA, etc.

Understanding of ISO 27001, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, FISMA.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Must currently reside and be eligible to work in the Philippines.

Must not be a current or former Accenture employee.

English fluency required (for global client coordination).

Nice to Have:

Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CISA, Azure/AWS Security or Architect.

Experience with public cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS, HIPAA.

Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Azure-CLI, AWS-CLI).
