Role Overview:

We are seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support in both Spanish and English. This role is open to non-native Spanish speakers (Filipinos) with strong bilingual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
Resolve customer concerns and account-related issues efficiently.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in College – with no back subjects – required.
Minimum 1 year BPO experience – required.
At least 1 year CSR background – required.
Open to non-native Spanish speakers only (Filipinos) .
Good English and Spanish communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
Willing to work on shifting/night shift schedule.
