Job Description

The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle frontline support for BFS accounts, assisting Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, account concerns, and service-related issues. The role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting environment.

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in Spanish and English
Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, and services

Document customer interactions clearly and correctly

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

High School Graduate (College level or graduate is an advantage)
At least 2 years of Spanish bilingual experience
Collections experience is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Amenable to shifting schedules
Willing to work onsite
Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
