Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual account)
Willing to work on site (MOA Pasay)
Salary: up to 82k package

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Provide customer support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
* Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, document interactions accurately, and deliver excellent service while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets in a fast-paced call center environment.
