Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite, Quezon City | Remaining days WFH)

Shift: Morning / Mid Shift

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network infrastructure. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale network projects in global environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Oversee network migration projects and provide technical direction for system integration initiatives.
Manage and support network technologies including routers, switches, and Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes across WAN/LAN and security infrastructure.
Lead critical incident resolution, performing root cause analysis and ensuring timely restoration of services.
Maintain accurate network documentation including architecture diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous service improvements.
Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement performance optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in network engineering with strong exposure to infrastructure deployment and migration.
Expertise in network design, routing, switching, and enterprise infrastructure management.
Experience managing complex incidents and working in multinational environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management applications.
