Job Title: Tableau Developer
Shift: 2 pm - 11 pm (mid-shift)
Work set up: Hybrid (3x) in BGC Taguig
Salary range: 120k
Required years of experience: 5 years
Headcount: 1

Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree with TOR and Diploma
• 5+ years of relevant Tableau experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations aligned with business requirements
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using best visualization practices
• Connect Tableau to multiple data sources (databases, data warehouses, flat files, APIs)
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and scalability

OTHERS:
• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
• Not a current or former employee of the TCS and no active applications with them
