Non-Negotiable Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
- Proven hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.
- Direct hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.
- Strong background in Java, SQL / PL-SQL, and shell/scripting technologies.
Work History & Eligibility:
- Stable employment record (no job-hopping history).
- Must not be a current or former employee of CGI.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Integration

Design, build, test, and maintain robust Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and automated data workflows.
Analyze business and technical requirements to translate them into effective end-to-end data integration architectures.
Create and update technical specifications, solution design documents, and architecture diagrams.

Production Support & Optimization

Provide tier-2/3 application maintenance and production support, including incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
Monitor, troubleshoot, performance-tune, and optimize running integration jobs and complex workflows.
Ensure strict adherence to integration standards, security frameworks, and development best practices.

Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and multi-functional delivery teams.
Participate actively in project planning, sizing estimations, and technical discussions.
Produce operational runbooks, user guides, and system documentation.
Mentor junior developers and provide ongoing technical guidance within the team.

Required Technical & Core Skills

Technical Capabilities: Talend Data Integration, Talend Cloud Management Console (TMC), Talend API Integration, Java, SQL / PL-SQL, Scripting.
Core Competencies: Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Effective Communication, Detail-Oriented.
