JOB TITLE: Talend Support Consultant/Developer

LOCATION: Taguig City, Metro Manila
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

Role Overview

We are hiring a Talend Support Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows. This role involves supporting enterprise integration projects end-to-end — from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows
Support the implementation and delivery of enterprise integration projects
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions
Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation
Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery activities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver integration solutions
Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and defect resolution
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs and workflows
Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials
Provide application maintenance and production support, including incident investigation and resolution
Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices
Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
Support knowledge sharing within the integration community
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions
Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms
Strong experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies
Stable work history (no frequent job-hopping)
Willing to work hybrid in Taguig on a mid-shift schedule
