Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Work set-up: Hybrid in Taguig
Work schedule: Dayshift or mid-shift
Category: Human Resources
Salary: PHP 35,000-50,000
Non-negotiable:
• Must have at least 4-5 years’ experience in volume hiring/agent level hiring; IT-niche hiring and multilingual hiring
• Should be a College Graduate
• Must have no active application with the company, not a former or present employee of CGI
Position Description:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant’s main focus is to implement end-to-end recruitment to meet assigned searches:
• University graduate with considerable proven industrial experience and track record.
• With at least 4-5 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment of BPO, volume or agent level hiring, IT niche roles and multilingual hirings.
• Experience in handling hiring for banking, finance, wealth and asset management profiles are preferred.
• Preferably has experience in working in a multinational organization with a global operating model.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly resourceful, resilient, engaging and eager to provide value to stakeholders.
• Open to work in a mid-shift schedule, on hybrid work set up based in Mckinley, Taguig.
