Qualifications:
• At least 2+ exp as a Team Lead in any LOBs (preferably in retail domain)
• Mandatory Skills: Customer Service Helpdesk
• Ensure process is executed as per the client contract
• Drive performance of the team on the identified metrices of the process
• Stakeholder Interaction & Management
• Effective Team Management
• Not a job hopper
